U.S. Export Control Requirements This position involves work with technologies and technical data subject to U.S. export controls, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As such, a successful candidate must be a "U.S. Person," which includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees. Due to the strict nature of these regulations, an export license or other authorization may be required for individuals who are not "U.S. Persons" to access certain data or technology. The company must comply with all government regulations concerning access to export-controlled items. Trade Compliance Statement Access to our facilities is restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to U.S. Persons (U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, U.S. Nationals, U.S. refugees, asylees, or temporary residents under amnesty provisions ), and to properly licensed foreign persons. Applicants receiving a conditional offer of employment will be required to provide information to determine whether they are subject to these regulations and, if so, to assess their country of chargeability for export control purposes.
