ABOUT THE ROLE The Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field operations related to precast concrete installation, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget. This role manages jobsite coordination, including layout, sequencing, equipment, and personnel, while working closely with internal teams and general contractors. Reporting to the Field Operations Manager or Vice President of Construction Services, the Superintendent plays a critical role in driving project success from start to finish. They are highly organized, proactive, and confident in managing crews, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and making real-time decisions on the jobsite.
