Location: Westborough, MA - Inpatient Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) Program

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay rate: $24.00/ hour



Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. operates a Clinical Stabilization Services program in Westborough, MA for adults. Clinical stabilization services serve an important role in Spectrum's treatment continuum, providing short-term residential treatment, stabilization, and comprehensive discharge planning for clients who either do not qualify for medically monitored detoxification or have already completed detox.

The Counselor is responsible for:



  • Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems.
  • Performing intake assessments and completes all associated documentation within required time frames.
  • Providing quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum's clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies.
  • Developing, implementing, and revising individual treatment plans for assigned clients in established time frames with the participation of the client.
  • Demonstrating a satisfactory level of interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, families, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree preferably in a mental health, criminal justice, psychology, or closely related field
  • LADC I or CADAC certification preferred
  • Minimum of one-year supervised counseling experience in the substance abuse treatment or closely related field required
  • Must have basic ability in use of computers sufficient to utilize electronic health records
