This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

The National Multifamily Estimator/Project Coordinator is responsible for preparing accurate appliance project proposals by reviewing plans, specifications, and construction documentation. This role analyzes materials, quantities, models, and project scope to develop competitive bids and ensure alignment throughout the predelivery coordination cycle. The position supports national multifamily projects by managing proposal creation, performing detailed takeoffs, and coordinating contract, pricing, and documentation requirements from initial bid through internal handoff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project proposals, quotations, and bid documentation for national multifamily projects.

  • Review plans, blueprints, and specifications to perform detailed takeoffs and model/quantity identification.

  • Manage ITB bid tracking, bid board activity, and ongoing proposal updates across SD, DD, CD, and GMP phases.

  • Create submittal packages, valueengineering options, and product crossover matches as required.

  • Complete the predelivery project setup cycle, including contract vs. proposal review and CRM updates.

  • Establish project account setups, schedules of values, and order trackers for operational readiness.

  • Coordinate with AR/Credit, Risk, and Legal teams to finalize payment terms, insurance/COI documentation, and contract requirements.

  • Facilitate external contract communication and ensure full compliance and execution of all project documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in the appliance, builder, or multifamily construction industry, with proficiency in reading construction plans.

  • Strong Excel and PDF editing skills, with the ability to manage detailed project data and documentation.

  • Ability to work directly with builders and coordinate contractrelated requirements across internal teams.
