Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: $19.50/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of inventory, order management, quality assurance, and timely shipments.
• Manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and provide timely feedback for service concerns.
• Direct workflow and priorities across Traffic, IT, and Operations to ensure positive outcomes.
• Handle billing, collections, and crisis situations while maintaining professionalism with customers.
• Build strong customer relationships, gather feedback, and ensure long-term problem resolution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Good computer skills (Microsoft Office operations)
