Job Summary:

Vice President of Product - will define and drive the overarching product vision and strategy for several trusted B2B brands. You will lead a high-performing product organization responsible for shaping how product is delivered, experienced, and monetized across platforms. You will partner closely with go-to-market teams, learning design, operations, and executive leadership to ensure the business continues to innovate while delivering meaningful value to our audiences and learners worldwide. You will balance long-term product transformation with near-term execution, ensuring that product strategy aligns with company objectives, strengthens audience engagement, and supports sustainable business growth. You will report to the President.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the overarching multi-year product vision and strategy for the brands of Leadership Platforms, including Human Capital Institute (HCI), Bluepoint Leadership, and EHSLeaders, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and long-term business goals
  • Lead and develop a product organization, mentoring the team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration
  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact initiatives that advance product and audience experiences
  • Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions across portfolio audience growth, and revenue strategy
  • Oversee product roadmaps, performance metrics, and investment planning, ensuring strong analytical rigor, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes
  • Represent product strategy at the highest levels of the organization, serving as a key voice in executive decision-making and long-term business planning
  • Champion deep customer understanding and market insight, ensuring product innovation is grounded in audience needs, competitive dynamics, and technical feasibility

The Individual:
  • Deep expertise in subscription-driven products, live events, and executive communities
  • Strong analytical and operational discipline: ability to define success metrics, oversee performance reporting, and guide investment decisions
  • Experience building and scaling diverse, high-performing product organizations, fostering innovation and talent growth
  • Proven track record of setting and executing product strategy across complex portfolios with measurable audience and business impact
  • Passion for empowering world-class customer experience, product excellence, and audience-first thinking
  • Ability to work in a remote environment

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including leadership of multiple product teams and significant business areas
