Position Title: People Business Partner Position Overview: As a People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leaders and employees, supporting consistent, compliant, and people-centered workforce practices across the organization. This role balances employee relations partnership, workforce compliance execution, and people analytics, with a strong focus on early intervention, risk mitigation, and manager capability. You will partner closely with the Director People & Talent Partners to ensure fair, transparent, and data-informed people decisions, while providing defined employee relations support for designated client groups or issue scopes. Location: Position is On-site in Endwell, NY, Saddle Brook, NJ , or Muhlenberg, PA . This position supports a three-state region and includes occasional travel to site locations. While not frequent, travel will occur on a regular basis and is typically planned in advance.
