Location: Orrville, OH Work Arrangements: hybrid, 35% in office expectation In this role you will:
Support the delivery of our Company's Total Rewards programs in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and in alignment with Company plan designs and processes. Learn and apply the laws and regulations that govern health and welfare benefits Review and update employee, retiree, dependent, and beneficiary data in Workday and thirdparty administration systems Review, analyze, and process benefit events and benefit elections in Workday, including enrollments, qualifying life event changes, and terminations, in accordance with plan rules and regulatory requirements Monitor system integrations to ensure successful and accurate processing; partnering with HRIS or senior team members to research and resolve issues as needed Identify and troubleshoot system or process errors, escalating more complex or specialized issues to senior team members Partner with HR Communications and internal/external vendors to prepare and distribute participant communications and required legal notices Complete daily administrative activities such as monitoring HR Shared Services mail, check processing, submitting life insurance claims, and generating or mailing retiree correspondence Respond to inquiries and issues escalated from our HR Contact Center and external vendors Triage participant cases assigned to the Total Rewards Operations team Research and resolve benefitrelated inquiries in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws Deliver responsive and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including handling sensitive or complex situations with care and professionalism
What we are looking for: Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or related field No prior HR experience required; relevant coursework, internships, or related administrative, analytical, or systems experience is helpful Interest in HR systems, data, and operational processes Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a teamoriented environment Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Comfort using Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Excel for basic data review, formulas, or reporting. Experience with Workday or other HR/Benefits systems is preferred - training will be provided
