DeZURIK is growing, and we're looking for a Buyer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong supplier relationships. In this role, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by ensuring that the right parts, at the right cost, arrive on time to support our manufacturing teams. Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this role. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Manage purchase orders from issue through delivery and resolve discrepancies with Accounts Payable. Partner with receiving, quality, engineering, and production to troubleshoot issues and maintain supplier performance. Build and maintain relationships with assigned suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and support long-term agreements. Monitor supplier on-time delivery, quality performance, and lead times, identifying opportunities for improvement. Support sourcing initiatives that reduce cost, improve quality, and strengthen continuity of supply. What Success Looks Like 30 days: You have a basic understanding of our parts and materials. 60 days: You understand our operating systems and begin managing purchase orders independently. 90 days: You are fully functioning in daily purchasing activities and supplier communication. What You Bring Associate degree required. Experience in industrial or manufacturing purchasing preferred. ERP experience (NetSuite or similar) and basic Excel skills. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills. Foundry or castings experience is a plus.
