Opportunity at our Jonesboro AR's facility to weld items for the Crescent Jobox brand of products. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday 2:00 pm.-10:30 p.m

• Set up and operate panel bender to support production.
• Set up and changeover machines, load and edit programs, and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance.
• Install and align tooling, dies, fixtures, and gauges as required.
• Troubleshoot equipment and identify problems with tooling and machine adjustments.
• Maintain quality standards, inspecting the product and adjusting machines as needed to meet product specifications.
• Check products with measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, protractors to complete first piece inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment when required.
• Move materials within the work area. Individually load/unload large sheet metal panels repetitively.
• Report unusual conditions or questionable items to lead or supervisor.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Maintain accurate records as required.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 years' experience operating brake press or similar; minimum 1 year required.
• Demonstrated mechanical ability.
• Able to read blueprints and interpret measurements.
• Able to accurately use a caliper and tape measure to 1/32".
• Able to work overtime hours (more than 40 hours per week and Saturdays) as required.
• Stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hours, if necessary.
• Lift and carry 40 pounds consistently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Individually load/unload large sheet metal panels repetitively.
