Position Overview:

As an EntryLevel Assembly Operator, you'll help build highquality products by following clear work instructions and working at one or a limited number of workstations. You'll be supported through handson training and close supervision while learning new skills in a safe, teamoriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handson work, learning on the job, and taking pride in doing things right.

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble products by following standard work instructions, with a focus on safety, quality, and meeting daily production goals.
  • Perform simple checks on tools and equipment to make sure everything is working properly and notify a supervisor if something doesn't seem right.
  • Put together parts by hand to build finished products such as manikins, partial assemblies, and kits.
  • Assist with assembling basic electronic components, including cables, speakers, and soldered parts (training provided).
  • Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and correct issues, when possible, with guidance.
  • Test parts and completed products to confirm quality and functionality.
  • Carefully package finished products for shipment by following standard packing procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S principles.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and workplace policies.

Pay Rate:

  • $15.50/hour

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:00am-3:30pm

Requirements:

  • High
    school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    working with electronics parts assembly, vinyl part assembly, molded parts
    assembly and various molding materials preferred
  • Hours may
    vary and may require working overtime depending on business needs
