Summary

Operations is a dynamic and multi-functional division that partners with all areas of the firm to deliver banking, sales & trading, and asset management services globally. The team plays a key role in risk management and control processes to protect and enhance the firm's assets and reputation. For every trade executed, product launched, or market entered, Operations ensures seamless execution by building strong processes and controls that enable business flow.

The Private Banking Operations team is a fast-paced, client-focused, and risk-oriented group responsible for:



  • Handling internal and external banking inquiries
  • Managing daily vendor settlements
  • Performing balance and break reconciliations
  • Supporting account enrollment processes
  • Overseeing vendor management activities
  • Monitoring fraud across banking products (debit cards, checking accounts, ACH, bill pay, etc.)


HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Develop a strong understanding of Private Banking products and expand your network across operations, technology, compliance, legal, and business teams
  • Deliver exceptional client service by partnering with PWM advisors to support account enrollment, product inquiries, and ongoing banking services
  • Contribute to fraud prevention strategies to safeguard client and firm assets
  • Apply strong risk management and control practices to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce manual work, and strengthen operational controls



Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or higher



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)



  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through



  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines



  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills



  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands



  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to self-direct and form recommendations



  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with stakeholders



  • Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and high ethical standards
