What You'll Do

Training & Development

• Participate in a comprehensive rotational training program across multiple departments to gain broad business understanding and strategic insights
• Learn from experienced technical service professionals in diagnosing and resolving complex customer technical issues
• Master the use of diagnostic tools, software, and specialized equipment essential to technical service operations
• Engage in leadership development workshops, seminars, and mentoring sessions to build management and interpersonal capabilities

Customer Service Excellence

• Develop effective communication skills to understand customer technical problems and provide timely, clear updates
• Learn to maintain a customer-oriented mindset with unwavering focus on service excellence
• Build strong professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Technical Problem-Solving

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and quality assurance to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges
• Analyze business challenges and propose innovative solutions under senior leadership guidance
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and technical service best practices

Professional Growth

• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, demonstrating insights and program progress
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus)
• Prior internship or relevant industry experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in computers and common software applications

Salary range for this position will be between 50,000 to 65,000 with a 2.5% bonus potential.
