Conduct medical histories, physical exams, and health assessments. Administer and adjust study medications per protocol. Monitor patients for adverse reactions and treatment toxicities. Order and review laboratory and diagnostic tests. Ensure protocol compliance, drug accountability, and documentation. Educate patients and caregivers on procedures and treatment plans.
