Rev Healthcare Analyst This role requires deep, detailed analysis of complex Excel-based revenue cycle reports. The analyst will leverage an RCM background to run and interpret department-level reporting across each facility and payer, identifying workflow gaps, collection shortfalls, and billing opportunities. Reports include 80+ tabs organized by facility and payer, requiring strong attention to detail and advanced Excel navigation. Responsible for timely rate entry and maintenance on assigned accounts, resolution of payment variances, and completion of month-end close activities in alignment with CBO policies for designated facilities. Performs additional related duties as assigned Additional Skills & Qualifications Education and Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience: * Good math, analytical and problem solving skills. Data entry and 10-key by touch. 2-3 years of related experience in cash posting and reconciliation, EOB analysis, balance transfers, posting refunds, misc. cash, write offs and contractual adjustments. * General knowledge of third payers, and billing procedures and guidelines. * Experience with automated patient accounting systems and automated billing and collection system.
