Growing together This role requires the candidate to have a talent for clear, concise UX writing, ranging from long form to micro copy as well as a sound vision for website content strategy, requiring thoughtful consideration of how, when and where content is displayed and crosslinked across the site. It requires UX and digital marketing expertise and an ability to assure content design is aligned to focus on achieving enterprise-wide e-commerce and member engagement goals. Successful candidates will be able to apply their very strong organizational skills, as the role requires the ability to self-manage and prioritize work across multiple workstreams, managing various projects, tasks and collaborative work every day. The Senior Digital Content Strategist/UX writer is responsible for developing an overall approach to content design - managing and leading content strategy, writing and editing content across uhc.com to drive shopping behaviors and member engagement. This role is critical to ensure content strategy and UX writing best practices are applied to guide audiences across the site to shop for insurance plan options, manage member needs, find educational content and more. The content design strategist/UX writer role will assure all audiences can complete tasks within uhc.com and across the UHC shopping ecosystem. It will balance the need to drive user engagement while achieving business goals, set by stakeholders across the organization This role requires a deep talent for clear, concise UX writing, ranging from long form to micro copy. It requires UX and digital marketing expertise and a strong ability to create partnerships across the organization to assure content design is strategic and aligned to focus on enterprise-wide e-commerce and engagement goals. Ongoing engagement and online availability to assure deadlines are met, quality standards achieved and innovative ideas are surfaced to meet the goals of the business and to support the best user experience. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
