Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Conducts analysis and develop dashboards to enable informed business and financial decisions in support of COO and executive leadership objectives.
  • Develop complex financial and resource reporting to provide meaningful insights and trends.
  • Develops and maintains financial models, variance analysis, and forecasts to aid with budgeting and operational efficiency.
  • Creates processes, frameworks, and reports to facilitate change management and information flow within COO Organization.
  • Contributes to the review of internal reports and activities, develops and documents policy and process governance, and identifies and implements opportunities for business process improvements.
  • Manages and presents executive level statuses, artifacts, and other reference materials as needed.
  • Coordinates executives, senior leadership, and individuals spanning the COO organization across various projects; evaluates, monitors, and reports on progress.
  • Collaborates with partners across Valley, navigating across the holistic organization to ensure successful outcome of strategic initiatives.
  • Creates content, commentary, and metrics for executive, committee, and other various organizational presentations.
  • Facilitate various communication channels (executive town halls, leadership meetings, thought collaboration forums), and provide supporting materials (agendas, organizational communications, presentations).
  • Create and streamline cohesive messaging of organizational themes related to financials, headcount and other management insights.
Requirements
Required Skills:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple simultaneous priorities
    Ability to think end-to-end, connect moving parts, and anticipate and manage change impact.
  • Ability to organize data to drive executive insights and messaging with demonstrated ability to methodically synthesize and analyze data (dashboarding using PowerBI or other data visualization tools).
  • Leverage metrics to drive decisions and outcomes.
  • Use sound judgement to execute on deliverables both internally and externally.
  • Able to independently execute with strong ability to work autonomously to drive results
    Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple efforts, track and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Expert using advanced functions of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using web-based applications including SharePoint.
  • Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Basecamp, JIRA, Asana, or equivalent).
  • Experience with diagramming software (Microsoft Visio, Creately, Lucidchart, or draw.io).
  • Utilizes financial, business and project management skills to manage transversal projects to completion.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 5 years working with cross functional teams on coordination of projects, project management and data analysis; or related field of study or related experience.
