Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Behavioral Health Care Facilitator - Clinical RN at Hickam Air Force Base in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Position Highlights:
Schedule: M-F 0730-1630 (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health nursing care to patients experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Perform mental status examinations, obtain behavioral health histories, and accurately document all findings and interventions. Administer medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and educate patients on medication adherence and side effects. Support crisis intervention and stabilization efforts; recognize and respond appropriately to suicidal ideation, aggression, or acute distress. Provide patient and family education to promote coping strategies, stress management, and recovery. Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, treatment team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- ASN or BSN degree
One year of nursing experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or military mental health settings required. Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in any U.S. state or territory. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Must be a U.S. Citizen. - Training or certification in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or suicide prevention preferred.
