Operations Intern/ Co-op?

Job Description: We are looking for a sharp, hardworking, creative, hands-on operations intern that is self-motivated and interested in working in a small business environment. The candidate should be comfortable working both individually and as part of a team to help tackle challenging and innovative projects. Must be willing to learn and work in a dynamic, adaptive environment where the needs are continuously changing.

Operations Intern/ Co-op Summary?

The main projects for this term will focus on facilities and safety management, with some basic IT work as a possibility. Depending on the intern's interest, there can be exposure to business needs surrounding environmental and energy management concerns, operations budget planning/management, documentation & procedure writing, or other areas.?

Preferred experience includes:?

  Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations Management or a related field (although not necessary)

  Desire to contribute to a dynamic environment in a self-motivated, action-oriented fashion.?

  Ability to work well both as part of team and independently.?

  Ability and willingness to learn and work in a hands-on fast paced environment
