In this role, you'll support the Spa Director in leading a talented team, building strong client relationships, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling relaxed, refreshed, and cared for.

What You'll Do

• Help deliver the Ultimate Beauty Experience to every guest, every time
• Support and mentor team members to create a positive and cohesive environment
• Assist with daily spa operations, promotions, and events
• Greet and engage guests, ensuring every visit is seamless from check-in to check-out
• Schedule group spa services and coordinate spa party agreements
• Connect with local businesses and represent the spa at community events
• Manage spa social media accounts and support promotional efforts
• Oversee inventory levels and assist with ordering products and supplies
• Train new hires and support ongoing team development
• Assist with interviewing and hiring
• Act as Spa Director when needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Support the achievement of monthly sales goals through service and product promotions
• Respond to guest questions and concerns with warmth and professionalism
• Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

• Ability to build relationships quickly with guests, team members, and the community
• Comfort handling busy or challenging moments with tact and positivity
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, Windows)
• High school diploma or GED required; cosmetology certification preferred
• One to two years of salon or spa management experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification a plus
