Mobile Support Technician (Level 1-2) Pay: 25-30 Duration:- Short term, coving a leave of absence- could turn into a longer term contract* * About the Role We are looking for a Mobile Support Technician to join a fast-paced, team-focused IT support environment. You'll be supporting a fleet of nearly 20,000 company-issued iPhones and iPads, working directly with end users on escalated mobile issues and contributing to active deployment projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows Apple devices inside and out and is ready to grow their career in a corporate IT environment. * * What You'll Do You'll handle mobile support tickets escalated from the service desk via ServiceNow, troubleshoot Apple device issues hands-on, and support users with corporate applications including Microsoft 365, Adobe, and internal homegrown tools. You'll also play a key role in project work - including an upcoming initiative to image and deploy 300 iPads following a recent acquisition. * * What We're Looking For The ideal candidate brings 1-2 years of it experience and exposure to Apple devices (iPhones and iPads) in a corporate setting, including hands-on support and experience working within an MDM platform. You should be comfortable supporting Microsoft Office products on iOS and willing to learn proprietary applications. Experience with Microsoft Intune is a plus. Experience that includes Apple retail or Genius Bar experience followed by corporate IT work is a strong fit for this role. * * Required Qualifications 1-2+ years supporting Apple mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) in a corporate environment. Hands-on MDM tool experience. Proficiency supporting Microsoft O365 applications on iOS. Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred). Willingness to learn and support internal applications. * * Nice to Have Microsoft Intune experience. Desktop support. Apple retail or Genius Bar experience.
