Develops working relationships with auction representatives, dealers, commercial consignors and vendors. Quotes prices and sells Logistics services to dealers purchasing vehicles in the lanes at assigned auctions. Fields inbound calls and emails Works directly with auction customers to expedite and process logistics needs. Provides updates to customers on status of orders. Uses problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, escalating difficult issues that arise. Prioritizes daily tasks and completes tasks in an accurate and efficient manner. Communicates and collaborates effectively with the various departments supporting the overall business / Logistics process Working directly with auction customers to expedite and process transportation needs Updating customers on the status of transportation orders Hearing and working collaboratively to resolve customer issues Prioritizing daily tasks and completing tasks in an accurate and effective manner Assists with special projects as assigned. USD 19.90 - 29.81 per hour Compensation: Hourly pay rate is in the range of $19.90 - $29.81/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
