As a physical therapist, you'll independently guide patients and families through the journey of assessment, goalsetting, and handson treatment-helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence. You'll educate patients and families, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document progress with precision, and uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and practice. You'll guide patients through a paced inpatient rotation as they move toward recovery-using your specialized training, flexibility, professionalism, and heart to serve as an essential partner at every step of the rehabilitation journey.   • This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled.
  • This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:
  • Texas: Lubbock
  • Flexible and available to work on a variable shift which may include days, evenings, or nights shifts.
  • Flexible and available to work an on-call status as scheduled.

  • Note: Positions specified as "on call/per diem" refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an "as needed basis" to fill in for staff vacancies.

Required qualifications:



  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Upon Hire: Texas Physical Therapy Assistant License
  • Upon Hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association


Preferred qualifications:



  • 2 Years experience in rehabilitation.
