Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description: THE ROLE: Our site in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, youwill ensureproper handling of incoming and outgoing materialsin the manufacturing facility. Thisinvolves tasks like receivingincomingmaterials,coordinatingshippingoforders, order pickups, andconductingregular cycle counts. Additionally, you will actively collaborate with scheduling, third-party warehouse, and internalclean roomstooptimizethe flow of materials through the facility. HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY DAYS, 7AM-3PM or 6AM-2PM WHAT YOU'LL DO: Receives incoming product shipments from both external and internal suppliers.Performs count checks on received material quantities.Processes each item into inventory systems on SAP tomaintainaccuratelogistics. Procuresappropriate labelsand organizes received materials into designated areas for distribution around the facility. Conducts scheduled picks of requested components/materials,additionalparts, reservations, resupply materials, andconsolidatesand delivers them to variouscleanroomfor assembly or production orders. Followscleanroom protocols. This includes the use of specified protective gear and garments designed tomaintainclean and controlled work environment conditions. Generates materials and documents for shipping orders: Packing lists, bills oflading, and shipping labels. Manages escalations from internal and external customers for missing or expedited items. Efficiently coordinates overstock transfers for 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) inventory. Supports inventory control in conducting regular cycle counts andassistsin process improvements. UtilizesRFgun,Reach Truck, Fork Truck, and WAV mobile equipment safely and effectively to support daily company and departmentobjectives. Completes washingprocedureforincoming components to beutilizedin cleanroom assembly. Maintains a clean and safe work area. Performs duties in a safe manner andobservesapproved safety procedures.Communicates potential hazardsimmediatelyto supervisor. Completes miscellaneoustasks asassigned in support of the larger organization and production goals. WHAT WE SEEK: Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship. At least one (1) year of experience working in a warehouse setting(receiving, shipping, or kitting)is preferred. Familiarity with SAP software and/or otherWarehouse Management Systems (WMSs)tomaintainrecords, input data, andgeneratereports is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiencywith Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to perform basic math calculations. Excellentattention to detail. Compensation: $21-$24 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
