Duke Employee Occupational Health and Wellness (EOHW) provides services for over 45,000 faculty and staff of the Duke University Health System and Duke University. JOB DUTIES

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge and experience documenting patient care in an electronic medical record. Excellent verbal, written, organizational and presentation skills. Ability to make knowledgeable clinical assessments and judgments. Ability to educate staff. Ability to provide counseling and emotional support with compassion and respect for the individual. Ability to provide support to the members of the care team (teamwork). Level Characteristics N/A Minimum Qualifications Education Work requires graduation from an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred. Experience Experience in Occupational Health; minimum 3 years of clinical experience required. Degrees, Licensures, Certifications Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina. BLS required.
