The Research Program Leader oversees complex research operations, providing leadership in strategy, compliance, data quality, and stakeholder engagement.


WhatYou'llDo:


* Develop, coordinate, and implement research and administrative strategies.


* Manage full project lifecycles including initiation, planning, execution, and closeout.


* Oversee program operations, budgets, communications, and resource needs.


* Mentor, train, and guide research staff.


* Serveasprimaryliaison for internal and external partners.


* Ensure compliance with institutional, federal, and international regulatory guidelines.


* Contribute to scientific proposals, manuscripts, and program development.


* Lead data quality, data integrity, and data security initiatives.


* Provideexpertisein FDA processes, IND/IDE documentation, and international requirements.


* Support recruitment and retention planning across research programs.


*Facilitateprogram meetings andmaintainproactive communication across teams.

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $76,811.00 to USD $130,576.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
