Join us as a Trusted Process Specialist- a critical player in the execution of The Trusted Process, Syneos Health's proprietary methodology for accelerating clinical development with precision, quality, and trust. What You'll Do:

In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you'll partner with project teams and functional leaders to deliver and optimize Trusted Process activities across the drug development lifecycle.

  • Facilitate with purpose:Lead key Trusted Process activities and meetings that align cross-functional teams, promote strategic clarity, and drive results.

  • Build trust:Create environments that foster open dialogue, mutual respect, and productive conflict resolution.

  • See the full picture:Use data and insights to evaluate project health, identify risks, and elevate concerns before they impact delivery.

  • Support from start to finish:Connect experts, promote best practices, and guide teams clearly and confidently through Syneos Health's processes at every project stage.

  • Champion agility:Conduct quality checks and ensure deliverables meet expectations through a disciplined yet flexible approach.

  • Be the glue:Encourage collaboration, manage group dynamics, and empower stakeholders to contribute their unique perspectives toward a shared goal.

  • Own your growth:Engage with leaders across the business, develop expertise in clinical development and project strategy, and lead initiatives that elevate our global standards.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences, or equivalent experience

  • 1-2+ years in pharma, biotech, or CRO environments is preferred, but not required

  • Experience facilitating or leading cross-functional meetings a plus

  • Proven excellence in communication and public speaking, with experience engaging senior stakeholders

  • Confidently manage complex, sensitive, or challenging conversations with professionalism

  • Demonstrated ability to balance structure and adaptability in process-driven environments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proven ability to adopt new technologies quickly

  • Strong emotional intelligence and comfort working with ambiguity and change

  • Professional presence and experience interacting across all organizational levels

  • Eager to travel and connect with teams in person (up to 50%)

Salary Range:

$47,000.00 - $79,900.00

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
