Architect/Technology - Senior

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to drive our security strategy forward. In this pivotal role, you will architect robust, scalable, and secure identity solutions that protect our critical assets and empower our users, directly influencing the security posture and operational efficiency of our entire enterprise.

**What You Will Do**

* Establish comprehensive architecture and strategies for secure identity lifecycle management, encompassing user authentication and authorization across both on-premise and cloud environments.

* Define and meticulously maintain documentation for reference architectures, technology standards, processes, and policies related to core identity solutions.

* Seamlessly integrate cutting-edge identity solutions into our existing infrastructure, ensuring operational harmony and efficiency.

* Provide decisive leadership and strategic direction for technical infrastructure support, including on-call rotations and escalated trouble ticket resolution. Lead the charge in resolving complex implementation and system integration challenges.

* Leverage deep expertise in federation concepts and technologies, with a profound understanding of protocols like SAML and OAuth/OIDC.

* Architect or engineer advanced IAM solutions within various cloud provider ecosystems.

* Lead impactful Proof of Concepts (POCs) and craft compelling tactical and strategic solution roadmaps.

* Collaborate effectively with product vendors and internal governance teams, showcasing application solutions to diverse stakeholders.

* Provide expert guidance on infrastructure deployments, focusing on best practices, robust security architecture, vulnerability mitigation, and system resiliency.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.

* 10+ years of progressive experience in information security, with at least five years specifically dedicated to Identity and Access Management (IAM).

* 3+ years in an enterprise-level architecture role, specifically focusing on IAM technologies and strategy.

* Deep knowledge across all IAM domains, including but not limited to authentication and authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Directory Services, Federation Services, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

* Proven ability to define impactful IAM architecture and comprehensive roadmaps.

* Strong background in strategically aligning IAM initiatives with enterprise security policies and overarching business objectives.

* Preferred Cyber Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISM are highly valued.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**

* Experience with implementing cutting-edge Zero Trust principles and Just-In-Time Access solutions.
