DiaSorin Molecular LLC, a manufacturer and worldwide distributor of molecular diagnostic and immunoassay products, seeks applicants for Sr. Supply Chain Planner & Buyer at its offices in Cypress, CA.Representative duties include all supply and demand planning tasks necessary to ensure an uninterrupted flow of Instrument, Reagent and Bioassay products to customers, creating and implementing production plans that are both material and resource feasible, and leading key supply chain projects and process improvement initiatives.

Salary/Benefits:$145,829/year; PTO, Medical, Dental, Vison, 401(k), paid Veteran, Disability, Paternity, Family Care and Jury Duty Leaves.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or closely related, plus 5 yearsprogressivelyresponsibleexperience(or Master's degree plus 3 years experience) in biotechnology industry supply planning, demand planning or master scheduling to include:




  • Systems and Software: Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) and Oracle; Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Advanced Planning System (JDA/BY) and Supply Chains Systems;
  • Planning and Forecasting: Master Scheduling and Production Planning;
  • Process Improvement and Quality: Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Management - Process Improvement projects, inventory optimization, standard work and visual management, daily management and Kaizen to revamp inefficient planning cycles;
  • Problem Solving and Process Analysis: DBS Problem Solving Practices and Value Stream Mapping (VSM);
  • NPI Project/Program Management;
  • Analytical Skills: Data Analytics and Master Data Management;
  • Medical Device Industry Practices: Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge;
  • Product Lifecycle and Configuration Management;
  • Demand Forecasting and Product Launch Planning;
  • Quality and Risk Management Skills;
