JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY: All applicants/candidates for this position must be a current Hancock Whitney Associate or have successfully completed the Hancock Whitney Corporate Internship Program. The Banking Development Program Associate participates in an 18-month rotational program designed to develop future bankers in commercial, business, and private banking. Participants gain hands-on experience across client-facing and operational roles, working with banking products, services, and processes. Through training, mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to financial planning, credit, and risk management, participants build the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career as a banking officer. Upon successful completion, associates may be placed in Business, Commercial, or Private Banking roles, with opportunities to pursue professional licensing as appropriate.
