Are you a highly organized, data-driven media professional with a passion for precision? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a global media team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing North America media plans for various brand, retail, and membership campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in media operations, directly influencing how a leading global company connects with its customers. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing robust processes, tools, and mechanisms that enhance cross-functional visibility, efficiency, and accountability for significant media investments. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing campaign performance and ensuring strategic allocation of resources, making a tangible impact on brand presence and customer engagement.

**What You'll Do:**

* Collaborate with internal media managers to develop and implement fully integrated media plans across a diverse range of channels, including video (linear TV, streaming TV, premium online video), audio (radio, streaming, podcasts), outdoor, digital, mobile, newspaper, and magazines.

* Monitor media campaigns closely with media managers, participating in internal performance meetings to review results and identify optimization opportunities.

* Analyze syndicated and proprietary data to pinpoint the most effective media vehicles for reaching target audiences.

* Partner with finance, budget operations, and internal media teams to manage budget trackers and purchase order requests, including making necessary updates for plan changes, approving purchase orders and invoices, and consolidating monthly spend forecasts while communicating variances.

* Facilitate creative and trafficking processes by owning specification sheets, conducting reviews with key stakeholders, managing trafficking sheets, and overseeing messaging mapping.

* Engage with sales representatives to stay informed on the latest media opportunities, driving innovation in channel mix and execution strategies.

* Work alongside external media agencies to invent and simplify processes and tools, effectively scaling media operations.

* Demonstrate a strong foundational understanding of media principles.

* Cultivate trustworthy relationships with internal business teams, agency partners, and finance teams.

**What You'll Bring:**

* 3-5 years of professional experience in media planning and buying, with a strong focus on media operations including budget tracking, purchase order issuance, trafficking, and creative quality assurance.

* Clear understanding of media principles, planning, and buying functions.

* Experience utilizing industry media planning tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore, DCM, etc.

* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.

* Bachelor's degree.

**Bonus Points:**

* Experience working at a media agency or within an in-house agency.

* In-depth knowledge of cross-channel media strategy.

* Solid credentials in digital planning.

* Budget management experience.

* A proactive, action-oriented mindset, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

* Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

* Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including working with budgets and numbers.
