ENOVIA R&D Systems Architect

Role Description & Responsibilities:

Dassault Systemes is a seeking a Systemes Architect for our ENOVIA brand, ENOVIA provides the leading enterprise collaboration applications for many industries promoting innovation and operational excellence with a variety of product solutions. From Aerospace and Defense to customers to in the Life Science based industries, our solutions manage mission-critical data. The Technical & Enterprise Architect, Director of Technology will provide the opportunity to work with many technical groups in the creation of cutting-edge business application software products for ENOVIA. Reporting to ENOVIA's VP R&D, the person in this role will be responsible for providing the technology leadership for ENOVIA by leading the development and evolution of Value Network Solution with a strong focus on AI-driven learning platform. This role will provide strategy related to global product and platform architecture, including software development, scalable AI infrastructures, product implementation, and DevOps, forging the trail for the next generation of ENOVIA products and services.

In this role you will be responsible for

• Oversee product Architecture development strategy as well as chair an Architecture Review Board that ensures product architecture meets business needs and is secure, performant, extensible, scalable, and maintainable
• Governance of the ENOVIA transformation towards a learning platform, ensuring consistency across domains and the integration of AI-driven capabilities, including AI services, model lifecycle, and responsible AI practices.
• Foster growth and providing opportunities for the individuals on the team, ensuring the actual and perceived value to ENOVIA's progression
• This role will work closely with the executive and senior management teams across other brands and divisions to ensure that ENOVIA's products are both fully aligned with the company's business strategy and scalable to meet the demands of growth, working directly with our customer base
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones, driving alignment, communication, and execution of architectural initiatives in an international environment

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in any relevant field
• You will be an experienced, innovative individual who possesses the ability to develop and implement a global technology strategy and be technically very current as a key capability of this individual will be the hands-on ability to influence technical leaders
• Proven experience in successfully defining and governing the architecture of AI-based solutions, including scalable model integration and production deployment.
• The ideal candidate will have spent time in and out of the PLM space, but at minimum, have an acute knowledge of the subtle nuances of the domain
• You will demonstrate a keen understanding of business, while being an articulate advocate of the use of technology
• We seek a highly talented Technology leader with a track record of success gained over a career of 13 or more years
• A high energy level channeled into a consultative and cooperative style is critical
• You will understand the business case and have an appreciation of financial/analytical issues and profit and loss implications
• Possess a track record of delivering results and will be perceived to have the potential to grow with the business and to develop professionally in order to assume more senior roles over time
• Enterprise Architecture, including AI/ML, generative AI, and agent-based architectures
• Quality Management for LLM based solutions.
