Almac Group is currently seeking a Finance Intern for our Souderton, PA location.
The Financial Reporting Intern will support the newly established Financial Reporting Function through hands on assistance with monthly reporting cycles, financial analysis, data validation, and process documentation. This role is designed to provide practical learning experiences in corporate financial reporting within a global pharmaceutical services organization.
The Finance Intern has the primary responsibility of providing support in finance projects in accordance with the company standard operating procedures and departmental work instructions.


This role is M-F working in our Souderton location
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Financial Reports
Prepare PowerPoint Streamlining & Presentation Support


  • Clean, reformat, and standardize slides used in monthly and quarterly reporting presentations.
  • Apply consistent layouts, fonts, color schemes, and visual elements in line with Almac branding.
  • Organize and streamline content to make presentations clearer and easier for leadership to review.
  • Update recurring presentation templates and maintain version control



Process Documentation


  • Document stepbystep instructions for recurring reporting tasks.
  • Create clear, userfriendly process guides for PowerPoint workflows, data refresh steps, and file organization.
  • Assist in creating visuals, flowcharts, or screenshots to simplify process understanding.
  • Maintain a structured library of updated procedures and ensure documentation consistency.



Administrative & Reporting Support


  • Help collect and organize data needed for reporting presentations.
  • Maintain folder structures and naming conventions to support the team's workflow.
  • Assist with simple data updates or checks when preparing presentation inputs.
  • Support adhoc tasks for the Financial Reporting team as needed.



Qualifications:
Required Education:



  • Currently in a curriculum that is working towards a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.



Required Knowledge:


  • General understanding of Finance/Accounting concepts
  • Thorough working knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel
