OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANYFox Corporation Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world's leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking. JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Emerging Technology team to help define the next generation of AI-native experiences across our media and entertainment ecosystem. This is not a traditional product design role. It is an opportunity to reimagine how users interact with content, systems, and workflows when intelligence is embedded at the core.

You will design beyond static screens and linear flows, shaping adaptive, context-aware, and generative experiences powered by AI. From conversational interfaces and agent-driven workflows to dynamic content experiences and intelligent tooling, you will explore how design evolves when products can reason, predict, and create.

This role sits at the intersection of design, product, and applied AI. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate emerging capabilities such as LLMs, multimodal systems, and automation frameworks into intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences.

Success in this role means pushing beyond current design conventions to establish new interaction paradigms that feel native to AI-driven systems while maintaining clarity, usability, and trust. You will help define what great looks like for AI-powered products at FOX, setting a high bar for craft, innovation, and impact.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design of AI-native product experiences, including conversational interfaces, agent-driven workflows, and generative UI systems that move beyond traditional screen-based patterns

  • Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, human-centered experiences that feel seamless, responsive, and intelligent

  • Define new interaction models and UX patterns for systems that reason, adapt, and automate across the user journey

  • Prototype and iterate rapidly using AI-powered design and code generation tools to move from concept to functional experiences, leveraging platforms such as Figma Make and other emerging systems

  • Use code as a design medium by leveraging generative tools and lightweight implementation to explore interaction patterns, validate ideas, and accelerate the path from concept to production

  • Design end-to-end experiences that integrate data, automation, and user intent across media planning, content interaction, and internal tooling

  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and ML teams to shape product direction, ensuring feasibility while pushing innovation

  • Evolve and extend design systems to support dynamic, personalized, and generative interfaces

  • Create high-fidelity designs and motion studies that communicate behavior, responsiveness, and system intelligence, not just static states

  • Present vision, concepts, and rationale to stakeholders, influencing product strategy and aligning teams around future-state experiences

  • Help establish design principles and best practices for AI-driven products across FOX

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Experience in product design with a strong foundation in UX, interaction design, and visual design across complex digital products

  • Experience designing for emerging technologies, including AI or ML-powered products, automation systems, or data-rich platforms

  • Strong understanding of how to design for systems that are probabilistic, adaptive, and non-deterministic such as LLM-driven experiences

  • Ability to translate abstract or technical capabilities into clear, usable, and elegant product experiences

  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe CC, along with experience using emerging AI design platforms and generative tooling to accelerate design workflows

  • Experience using AI-powered design and code generation tools to create interactive prototypes and production-adjacent experiences, with comfort treating code as part of the design process

  • Experience creating and evolving design systems that support scalability while enabling innovation

  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to articulate novel concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design across interconnected products, workflows, and user journeys

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping undefined problem spaces into actionable design directions

  • Deep attention to detail across interaction, motion, typography, and visual hierarchy

  • Passion for redefining how users interact with technology in an AI-first world

  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience designing for media, entertainment, or content platforms

  • Familiarity with conversational design, agent-based systems, or multimodal interfaces including text, voice, and video

  • Experience prototyping with code or using AI tools to generate interactive concepts

  • Interest in how storytelling, personalization, and AI intersect to create new forms of user engagement

  • Experience contributing to zero-to-one products or experimental R&D initiatives
