Job Description
- This position is for engineer support (Agency) in the Genset application team.
- The Packaging team is a cross platform engineering group that manages products for multiple platforms and market segments.
- As a configuration engineer/factory support engineer in the Core Packaging group, you will be part of the maintenance team through product configuration and structuring requirements to meet marketing, factory requirements, and technical requirements/specifications.
- Teams will consist of both internal and external partners, and you will be responsible for ensuring the proper product rules created related to design, integration, application, and ready for market requirements are met for the packaged generator set in each situation.
- You will manage the planning and execution of project tasks for the projects that you support, develop and grow your generator set application knowledge and team leadership skills, and broaden your professional network.

Typical task breakdown:
-Virtual Design Review Audit (VDRA) responses, both L5 and L3 issues
-EHD updates including Pricing Arrangements (PACN), print changes, order audits, order updates.
-Product Support inquires - model issues, TMI package data, BoM or configuration issues.
-Technical Construction File (TCF) updates for marine & Gas products
-Ensure accurate BoMs for all managed pricelists by maintaining EHDs up to date.
-Create new pricing arrangements and update existing as necessary ensuring pricelists drive accurate material list on orders.
-Work with marketing and product definition teams on pricelist updates and help route PLCNs as necessary

Education & Experience Required:
- 2-4 years experience required
-Preferably Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and/or electrical/electronic aptitude
