TOCNET Program Manager, Fires (Joint & International)

Primary Focus: Strategic Oversight, Acquisition, & Global PEO/PAE Liaison

The Mission

You are the architect of the TOCNET UVMS lifecycle across the global Fires domain. You manage the "Sensor-to-Shooter" web for the Army, Air Force (C3BM), and Allied partners, positioning TOCNET as the primary voice-to-data gateway for mission success.

Key Responsibilities

• Joint Portfolio Management: Oversee TOCNET integration across multiple service portfolios to support JADC2 objectives.
• Requirements Collection: Synthesize requirements from Joint and Allied stakeholders to drive the TOCNET UVMS engineering roadmap.
• FMS Leadership: Manage Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases and ITAR/EAR compliance for international TOCNET deliveries.
• Strategic Demos: Lead technical presentations and "Soldier Touchpoints" at major global defense expos.
• Support Oversight: Establish global remote troubleshooting protocols for the TOCNET ecosystem.

Experience Requirements

• Management: 8+ years in Defense PM roles with experience in the PAE/PEO ecosystem.
• Domain: Deep understanding of DoD Acquisition (DAWIA Level III or PMP preferred).
• Preferred: Prior service as a Field Grade Officer (O-4+) in Fires or Signal domains.
• Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
