Description
The Field Technician is responsible for performing jobs involving the service and repair of equipment, working both independently and on a team. Examples of the types of machinery that the candidate must be able to evaluate, and repair include earth moving equipment, diesel engines, electric power generators, lift trucks, and allied products. Extensive on the job training, classroom instruction, and e-learning must be successfully completed to remain in the technician training program. The Field Technician will demonstrate initiative, commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions in an efficient manner. The individual in this role will advance in classification as attitude, skill level, and job performance allows. Essential Responsibilities & Expectations

High School or Equivalent (required) Experience
A minimum of one (1) year's work experience involving mechanical repairs or a combination of relevant experience and equivalent technical education is required. (required)
