Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Forecasting: The Demand Manager II develops, maintains and improves demand forecasts using statistical models, market trends and historical sales data.
- Collaboration & Communication: Leads cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, finance and supply chain teams to align demand planning with business objectives.
- Drive and support the Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring data-driven decision making and process adherence
- Performance Management:
Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPI's) such as forecast accuracy, service levels and inventory turnover. - Process Improvement: The role involves identifying opportunities to enhance demand planning processes and tools, implementing best practices, and ensuring continuous improvement to adapt to evolving market conditions and business needs.

- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement demand management strategies aligned with organizational goals to optimize resource allocation and meet business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to forecast demand accurately and inform decision making processes.
- Forecasting Expertise: Skilled in using quantitative and qualitative forecasting techniques to predict future demand and adjust plans accordingly.
- Cross functional Collaboration: Capability to work effectively with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive demand planning and execution.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey demand insights, present reports, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high quality standards.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the business environment, industry dynamics, and financial principles to make informed demand management decisions.
- Problem Solving Skills: Ability to identify demand related issues, analyze root causes, and develop innovative solutions to address challenges.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with demand planning software, ERP systems, and data visualization tools to enhance demand management processes.
- Change Management: Expertise in leading and managing change initiatives related to demand planning processes, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy in.
