KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Analyst, Service Delivery Model Design - Transformation to join our Global Business Services organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply a fundamental understanding of transformation management to conduct current-state process analysis and identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement; contribute to the design of future-state service delivery models by mapping processes, documenting requirements, and creating design documents
  • Support the development of business cases by gathering data, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, and helping to model the potential costs and benefits of transformation initiatives
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities by preparing presentation materials, drafting project communications, and coordinating meetings; act as a point of contact for project-related queries within your assigned workstreams
  • Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to help measure the impact and success of transformation initiatives against their stated goals
  • Provide key transformation deliverables, including process flow diagrams, operating procedures, and project status reports
  • Regularly interface with director-level professionals regarding the execution of tasks and responsibilities that contribute to achieving desired outcomes for Generative Business Services; identify opportunities for innovation within executed tasks, processes and projects that contribute to the improved efficiency and effectiveness of the workgroup
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent experience in a relevant field such as business analysis, process improvement, management consulting, or project management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a high proficiency in data gathering, modeling, and analysis using tools like Excel
  • Foundational understanding of business process re-engineering and service design principles, with experience applying these concepts in a project environment
  • Ability to manage projects and processes that impact the organization
  • Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; capability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members
