Job Title: Customer Account Representative / Inside Sales Representative Job Description We are seeking a customer-focused professional to support quoting, order processing, and account management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate communication, timely execution, and high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting both existing accounts and new opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and estimates based on customer-provided conceptual engineering prints and specifications * Enter and manage customer orders within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and on-time processing * Assist with the evaluation and approval of design changes, specifications, and drawing releases * Collaborate closely with customers and internal departments throughout product development and production stages * Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through proactive follow-up and ongoing account support * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, project updates, and delivery timelines * Support customers with time-sensitive requests and project requirements in a high-volume environment * Communicate effectively across multiple product lines and services Required Skills * Client relationship management * Account management * Strong written and verbal communication * Organizational skills with high attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) * 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles * Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing environment * Familiarity with ERP systems and order management processes * experience in one or more of the following industries is a plus: * Semiconductor * Military / Defense * Aerospace * Medical * Industrial manufacturing Experience Level Intermediate level Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Libertyville, IL.
