![]() Borrowing Services Head Milwaukee, WI Full Time JR10009312 Position Title: Borrowing Services Head Job Category: Academic Staff Employment Type: Regular Job Profile: Library/Archive Manager I Job Duties: Summary The Golda Meir Library seeks an outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused individual to serve as the head of Borrowing Services, a location that supports users in checking out, returning, and renewing items from our exceptional collections. Borrowing Services also oversees course reserve, interlibrary loan, the checkout of laptops and other equipment and maintenance of the physical collection. The position supervises six full-time staff and 20-25 student employees and supports the provision of excellent service to the UWM community and other library visitors. Working under the Associate Director of Borrowing Services & Operations, the position responsibilities include the following: Daily supervision of six staff members that preside over day-to-day operations within Borrowing Services. Services include: Equipment, Interlibrary Loan, Local loans, Reserve Services, Resource Sharing, Shelving Maintenance, Welcome Desk.
