Chief Transportation Supervisor

Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC) has an immediate opening for Chief Transportation Supervisor for immediate employment in New Castle, Delaware. The Chief Transportation Supervisor is responsible for managing fixed-route, demand response and the transportation supervisory workforce, as well as assessing the day-to-day performance of service delivery. This assessment includes resolution of operational problems as they occur and preparation of appropriate employee correspondence in accordance with the terms and conditions of existing collective bargaining agreements (CBA) and Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC) policy.
