Our Digital Innovation Platform leverages advances in artificial intelligence and machine learning, modeling and simulation, and cloud technologies to deliver tools and workflows that accelerate innovation and reduce cycle time for new product development.

In this role, you will ensure digital capabilities are grounded in real research and development workflows and prioritized to deliver measurable scientific and business value. What You'll Do:

  • Own backlog prioritization and drive product decisions in partnership with key research and development stakeholders, ensuring alignment on capabilities, features, and requirements.

  • Translate complex workflows into actionable product capabilities, epics, and user stories with outcome-driven acceptance criteria.

  • Define and track product value metrics, ensuring each increment delivers measurable impact (for example: cycle time reduction, data quality improvements, knowledge reuse).

  • Guide development of data- and artificial intelligence-enabled capabilities across the innovation lifecycle, from early research through scale-up and manufacturing learning loops.

  • Lead product execution in agile delivery environments (including scaled agile models), working closely with architecture and delivery leaders to manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, business systems analysis, or complex digital solution delivery, preferably with data and AIenabled products.

  • Demonstrated success translating complex domain workflows into digital products within research and development, engineering, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, or similarly complex environments.

  • Strong experience working in agile delivery models, including scaled agile (SAFe) approaches.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Stakeholder management & communication: ability to elicit, synthesize, and align requirements across scientific, technical, and business stakeholders; translate between technical and business contexts; negotiate tradeoffs and align competing priorities.

  • Business analysis & problem solving: ability to create user stories and process flows, define current and future states, perform rootcause analysis, build business cases, and evaluate return on investment using datadriven approaches.

  • Strategic influence & change leadership: ability to connect product decisions to enterprise objectives, challenge assumptions, provide objective recommendations, and drive adoption at scale.

  • Technical product fluency: familiarity with system integration patterns and data flows, comfort validating and interrogating data, understanding of user experience principles and usercentered design.

  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Smartsheet (or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital research and development ecosystems and laboratory informatics (for example: Laboratory Information Management Systems, Electronic Lab Notebooks, scientific data management systems, instrumentation integration).

  • Exposure to analytics, modeling & simulation, and AI/MLenabled workflows.

  • Experience operating within global, federated organizations with diverse processes and systems.

What We Offer:

Our total rewards package goes above and beyond just a paycheck. Whether you're looking to build your career, improve your health, or protect your wealth, we offer generous benefits to help you achieve your goals.
