Material Handler III - Receiving Warehouse Specialist, Mon-Fri, 6:30-2:30

The Role:

Our site in Aurora 845 Enterprise is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Entegris has an opening for a Warehouse Specialistin the slurry division - an excellent career opportunity for qualified individuals, especially those with inventory and warehouse experience. This person will report to the Receiving Supervisor and will be primarily responsible for receiving incoming deliveries into ERP system and inventory control including performing system generated cycle counts in our Aurora site.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and research inventory discrepancies, determine root cause, communicate findings, and track errors.

• Perform SAPgenerated counts, including printing count forms, physically counting inventory on plant floor, and entering counts in SAP.

• Participate in inventory audits.

• Check in, direct, and communicate with delivery drivers.

• Complete SAP receipts for incoming materials.

• Perform key receiving transactions in the supervisor's absence.

• Communicate with vendors.

• Able to communicate effectively with different areas of the plant, both in person and by email, regarding inventory and receiving.

• Pull raw material shipping internationally using forklift.

• Support unloading deliveries of containers and trailers with forklift as needed.

• Process outgoing FEDEX.

• Cover receiving office at another plant located across the parking lot as needed.

• Maintain safe and clean working environment (organizing work areas, sweeping, and overall cleaning).

• Perform miscellaneous warehouse related tasks (for example, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, incident investigation)

What We Seek:

• Technical- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and material handling.

• Powered Industrial Equipment- Forklift experience is preferred but not required. The individual should demonstrate a willingness to learn based on business needs.

• Computer- Ability to perform data entry tasks, communicate through email, knowledge of Excel, ERP systems like SAP and Oracle

• Behavioral- Team-focused attitude, eagerness to learn new things, multitasker, dedication to come to work on time/have reliable attendance is the type of individual who thrives in our environment.

• Education- HS Diploma/GED Required

• Experience- >2 years of warehousing experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven system generated cycle counts and inventory experience. Demonstrates leadership ability and team building skills.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• Warehouse experience with a focus on the receiving department

• Ability to perform in a team environment and independently

• ERP system experience, especially with SAP

• Ability to switch easily from one task to another

Opening for 1st Shift:

• Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm (overtime may be required, as per business needs)

• Weekend shifts will vary when needed.

• We care about cleanliness, and the use of PPE. PPE includes - steel toe shoes (provided by us), safety glasses, hardhat.

• Pay range is $21 to $25 per hour depending upon experience.
