Get to Know Your Team:

• Lovelace Regional Hospital includes 24/7 emergency services, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, surgical and birthing services for Roswell and the surrounding community.

Manages, supervises and coordinates the daily operations and activities for assigned area to include but not limited to meeting financial objectives, training personnel, assigning work activities, identifying and resolving problems. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

• Negotiation and monitoring of contracts for maintenance and repair of facilities, furniture and equipment.
• Order and approve purchases of furniture and equipment through Purchasing Department and CER process.
• Responsible for resolving facilities-related issues including electrical, mechanical, security, janitorial and parking
• Takes ownership of assignments, special projects, pilot programs; other duties as assigned or requested.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
• Three (3) years of related experience, of which one (1) year must have been in a supervisory capacity

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Boiler Operator license and/or at least one other contractor's or journeyman license
