Steel-toes Strong work ethic, high energy, and positive attitude Detail-oriented with a focus on quality Experience using micrometers and calipers required Proven track record of reliability and job longevity What You'll Do: Lead and support a production team on the floor Operate wire winding machines & assist with assembly Usemicrometers, calipers, and other measuring toolsto ensure precision Ensure quality standards and accurate measurements are met Troubleshoot issues and work with engineering to improve processes Promote safety, organization (5S), and continuous improvement Operate forklifts, cranes, and lifts as needed Crew-Recommended We asked our crew if they'd recommend us. 4 out of 5 said, "Heck yeah!"
