Field Event Manager

At our Company, we grow People, Brands, and Businesses! We are seeking a dynamic Field Event Manager to travel, drive as needed and work to execute promotional events across the country. The Field Manager will be under the direction of the Field Operations Director and serve as the primary field specialist in charge of flawless execution and quality assurance of the event. The role's responsibility requires being comfortable driving large vehicles such as box truck or panel van, loading and unloading event assets and setting them up. The Field Manager is responsible for directing the use of event resources (event set-up, equipment, and labor as needed) to ensure maximum effectiveness of the brand message and achievement of campaign objectives. Continually optimizes quality in all areas, including but not limited to the aesthetic look of set-up, event entertainment value (sound and visual), effectiveness of interaction with consumers, and total impact of the mobile marketing initiative to the target audience. Works closely with the client/brand, oversees events, and documents the event via reporting and pictures.

Now, about you:

• You're 21 years or older
• Bring 2+ years of experience in a related field or industry.
• Serve confidently as the primary field authority and main on-site point of contact.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Motivate, support, and guide the team to ensure every event is executed safely and without incident.
• Oversee flawless on-site event management and coordination, including all vendor assets.
• Manage all event assets, including transportation, setup, and ongoing maintenance.
