Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can bridge communications strategy with marketing automation. This role combines content creation and multi-channel communication with knowledge of marketing cloud utilization and process definition for optimization. The ideal candidate will design and execute automated campaigns while ensuring consistent and compelling brand communications across all platforms

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft content for customer email journeys.
  • Develop crisis communication plans and manage sensitive issues.
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across all communication channels.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns and track deliverables.
  • Develop and execution of internal marketing communications (Dx Marketing Brief, Dx Monthly Newsletter, announcements).
  • Develop and distribute customer email campaigns to promote conferences, webinars, and events.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies for personalized marketing.
  • Manage email and multi-channel campaigns, including testing and deployment.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
  • Maintain data quality and implement data cleansing strategies.
  • Manage Diagnostic projects including the price lists.
  • Build relationships with Dx Marketing Portfolio, PetCare, and industry partners.
  • Manage development of conference related deliverables that ladder up to master brand strategy- literature, sponsorships, promotional items/attire

  • Support equipment/asset management for events (national, specialty and regional)
  • On site event support as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Knowledge and experience with utilizing marketing automation tools.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for digital and print content.
  • Knowledge of data and analytics tracking and social media engagement.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $72,000 - $118,000. Our salary ranges are

determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range

for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional

factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation.

This position is also eligible for long-term incentives.
