SUMMARY



Oversees the accounting activities for the Accounting group to ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal monthly financial statements and annual budgets.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Partners with Specialty Finance, Corporate Accounting, and business unit leads to ensure budgets are developed across in a timely manner and accurately.

Provides input on monthly reforecast of operational revenue and EBITDA.

Provides analysis and insight to management and corporate about financial results of operations and forward-looking insights.

Works with management to monitor and ensure invoicing and revenue recognition practices are aligned with Alliant corporate policies and are consistent across the Operations group.

Monitors and helps resolve issues related to revenue sharing practices across operations.

Develops plans to support operational efforts to manage revenue and EBITDA growth and expected EBITDA margin.

Ensures accurate reporting.

Provides financial, sales, and operational information to Corporate Services as requested.

Works with Operations/Accounting to ensure outstanding receivables are collected.

Assists management in developing and managing incentive plans for internal Producers and service staff across the Operations group.

Assists in the contingent and supplemental income agreements for the Operations group.

Motivates staff, advises management, manages priorities, and conducts employee training and development.

QUALIFICATIONS


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Five (5) or more years of related work experience

Two (2) or more years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)



SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership, problem solving, and time management skills

Advanced analytical skills

Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills

Ability to interface with Divisional executives

Proficient in Microsoft Office products
