Avis Budget Car Rental, LLC is searching for a coordinator for our Governance & Compliance team within our Loss Prevention Department. This position will revolve around the reporting and coordination of revenue recovery of our Corporate Rental Assets.

What You'll Do:

• Review and process Subpoena requests for Avis Car Rental and Budget Truck and submit to requesting jurisdiction in a timely manner.
• Run reports for renter information as requested by security managers.
• Respond to Law Enforcement requests for renter information for Avis Car Rental and Budget Truck.
• Process and respond to customer Do Not Rent inquiries.
• Process Budget Truck Do Not Rent entries.
• Process daily reporting for Do Not Rent failed entries.
• Review and process Border Patrol paperwork for vehicles seized.
• Review and process Restitution requests from court agencies.
• Review and process incoming restitution payments.
• Other duties assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• College Degree (Business, Criminal Justice, or Communications) or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of car rental security loss prevention experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in contacting local law enforcement and courthouses preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years' business and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks during constantly fluctuating volumes.
• A self-starter attitude and ability to prioritize daily workflow.
• Must be detailed oriented, organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external entities.
• Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Teams),Wizard, and Brio Query.
